WeWork provides workspace solutions of every kind, from shared, open-plan community layouts to private offices for both start-ups and established enterprises alike. With over 700 locations in the U.S. and abroad, WeWork is one of the largest networks of coworking spaces in the world.

The Challenge

Given the many daily tasks associated with the maintenance of their vast network of buildings, WeWork was looking for a platform to help track and manage the performance of their employees. They envisioned a platform that would foster teamwork and maintain accountability, helping their buildings to run smoothly and efficiently.

The Solution

Xicay Technologies teamed up with WeWork to create Bullseye, a platform that helps managers and directors check in on their employees to see where they’re excelling and where they can improve. The platform uses several key metrics to provide data to managers, detailing the productivity of their teams and streamlining the management process.
